Types of infections spreads through these variants are one of the most arising problems which have to resolve in order to make easy diagnosis and cure. In given investigation different types of diagnostic techniques define in elaborative forms to generate a better cure and development of advanced medication. Systematic survey regarding effects of cumulative analysis gives us a concise overview to develop a proper vision to understand number of infected individuals in different age groups and from different regions. These surveys help us to clear our vision towards diseases and their diagnosis and a well suitable method which can be design to cure such a vast ill effects of these microorganisms. In our present research, diagnostic tools clear out all possibilities to make a proper analysis. Concise and systematic survey brings positive results which will be helpful in analytical and curative parts of research.
